Overview

The British Rail Class 68 is a modern diesel-electric locomotive built by Vossloh (now Stadler Rail) between 2013 and 2017 for Direct Rail Services (DRS) in the UK. Designed for both freight and passenger work, the Class 68 offers high performance, low emissions, and compatibility with push-pull operations, making it ideal for modern rail services.

Equipped with a Caterpillar C175 engine producing 3,800 horsepower (2,800 kW), the Class 68 is capable of reaching speeds up to 100 mph (160 km/h). It is commonly used on express passenger services and intermodal freight across the UK network.

This Minecraft resource pack brings the Class 68 to Minecraft with the Minecraft Transit Railway mod. The model was originally created by cw_315 for Transport Fever 2 and was converted by me (Vitor2005) for use in Minecraft. The pack includes multiple liveries representing real-world operators such as Chiltern Railways, TransPennine Express, ScotRail, and Direct Rail Services.
