Overview

The British Rail Class 67 is a type of Bo-Bo diesel-electric locomotive built between 1999 and 2000 by Alstom in Valencia, Spain, for English, Welsh & Scottish Railway (EWS). A total of 30 units were produced. Designed primarily for high-speed mail and passenger services, the Class 67 has a maximum speed of 125 mph (201 km/h), making it one of the fastest diesel locomotives in the UK.

Powered by a 3,200 hp (2,400 kW) EMD 12N-710G3B-EC engine, the Class 67 is fitted with a GM/EMD alternator and Siemens electrical equipment. Its robust design allows for both express passenger and heavy freight duties. Over time, the Class 67 fleet has been used for a wide variety of services, including hauling prestigious trains such as the Royal Train and acting as rescue locomotives for failed passenger units.

BR Class 67 in Minecraft (MTR Mod)

This resource pack adds the BR Class 67 into Minecraft using the Minecraft Transit Railway mod. The original model was made by cw_315 for Transport Fever 2 and was ported to Minecraft by Vitor2005 in 2025. It is compatible with both MTR3 and MTR4.
