Dynamic Trees: Sapling replacement

Replaces the Dynamic Trees sapling with it's vanilla counterpart. This does not remove the Dynamic Trees sapling from the game but makes it exclusively available through the creative menu. This mod is made for people who prefer to not have a fragmented set of saplings.

NOTE: This is supposed to work along side the Dynamic Trees mod found here

2nd NOTE: I HIGHLY recommend turning "replaceVanillaSapling" to true in the Dynamic Trees config in order for the vanilla saplings to be turned into Dynamic Trees when planted
