Because since they didn't update after 1.16+, so here is it under the GPLv3 license.
You can download the jar file as long as you understand the conditions below.
- Creating issues with a crash report is welcome.
- DO NOT bother or annoy the official repository / project

- Crash / Bugs can be there. Please Report on Github
- Back up your world.
- Works on Forge 43.3.0 and newer
NOTE :
optifine is not recommended
might be incompatible with Rubidium/Embeddium/Oculus
only for client side, install on server will cause crash
1.20 will come in future, not sure about 1.18.2
