On it's own, Parrot Power adds a single block, the Aves Alternator, which provides Forge Energy from the bouncing beaks of nearby partying parrots, when a jukebox plays music above it.

With Thaumcraft installed, also provides the Volitant Visinator, which adds vis to the aura of its chunk when powered by parrots.
