Roof Compatibility for TFC/Macaw

This mod strives to add all remaining tree types not covered by macaw and stone types provided by TFC and creates recipes for the appropriate TFC equivalent wood where it exists. Designed with the ATM Gravitas pack in mind, but you are free to use in any curse modpack which contains both TFC and Macaw Roofs
