Just Enough Torches

• Adds stone, netherrack, prismarine, obsidian, and gold torches
• Adds lapis, obsidian, and quartz lamps
• The prismarine torch can be placed underwater (disableable in config)
• The obsidian torch and lamp are both blast-proof
• The lamps function like redstone lamps
