Any item that uses the block action works with this mod, such as Spartan Shields, Shields Plus, etc...

Shield Parry, as stated in the comments, is compatible, although timing for this mod and shield parry won't be synchronized unless 5 ticks are added to Shield Parry's time windows for each projectile.
