Removes the restriction preventing Infinity and Mending from being applied together in Minecraft 1.11.2 and upwards.
This is a coremod which edits EnchantmentArrowInfinite.canApplyTogether, compiled with Forge 1.11.2-13.20.0.2228 (1.11.2 version) and 1.12-14.21.1.2387 (1.12.x version).
