No Wooden Slots for Immersive Engineering

There's absolutely nothing wrong with Immersive Engineering textures, it's just difficult to distinguish some items for me in the brown slots that simulate the wooden textures in the GUIs.

For that reason I replaced them with a more "vanilla" looking slots, utilizing the "metal" looking ones from the mod.

Optionally there's a second file with an alternative sound for the switch, Sorry Blu, the meme is good and all but it gets annoying :P
