Experimental 4

Added Flushness value, used as a multiplier in flushing probabilities, the value is not directly overwritten but is altered via the Flushness_changer value.
- Changed the way how probabilities were calculated.
- Added /flushness command (/flushness <Player> <Value>), it directly overwrittes the flushness value (logged in servers).
- Added debug mod, enabled with the command /skibidebug, it shows informations when using some commands or features.
- Added the Unflushness effect, it decreases the Flushness_changer value (function : f(x)=0.7/x*1.3 in which x refers to level of the effect).
