Vamparasols

This mod creates parasols and other geegaws to protect vampires from the sun.  As of now, the parasols have infinite durability.

To come:

1.  Make multiple versions of the parasols (low durability version to unbreakable ones)

2.  Add craft tweaker support - Should already be possible for recipe changes.

3.  Add baubles support

4.  Any other things - Appreciate comments for tips on what to do.
