Configurable Respawn Timer

Configure how long it takes until someone can press the respawn button in the Game Over screen.

Config file is respawntimer.cfg, and the value can go from no wait up to one minute of waiting. If the mod is installed on a server, it will synchronize its value with all clients that connect. If the server does not have the mod, a client can set whatever value they want.
