You are trying to survive against infection while fighting against low temperature, hunger and thirst.

You have to heal your limbs, legs, head, chest so you wont have any harmful effects, such as slowness, headache, vulnerability.

I also added few additional mods such as Traveler's Backpack and TACZ(guns), Essential (for multiplayer) and few resourcepacks (resourcepacks are from modpack that was used by Huge Deer, here is video), if you want to use them then use.
