# Subtly Camera Shake Subtly Camera Shake introduces dynamic, distance-based camera shake to certain events. This mod was designed to give "weight" to certain encounters, increasing your immersion! We originally developed this system as a core mechanic for our main project, [Subtly Dungeons](https://modrinth.com/mod/subtly-dungeons), but we have separated it into an independent mod so it can be easily integrated into any custom modpack.
## Supported Events **Creature Encounters:** The Warden (emergence, roars, and sonic shrieks), Ravagers (roars), and the Ender Dragon (roars and fireball impacts). **Combat Mechanics:** Striking targets with a Mace (including standard air, ground, and heavy ground smashes). **Environmental Forces:** Standard explosions, lightning strikes, and booms from an End Flash or End Gateway creation. ## Datapack & Modpack Customization The entire framework is completely data-driven, making it highly flexible for pack creators and server admins: **JSON Configuration:** Add or modify shake events via datapacks under subtlyd/camera_shake_event/. You have direct control over the exact range, duration, and intensity modifiers. **In-Game Commands:** Trigger or halt effects on the fly using the /camerashake add and /camerashake stop commands. **Toggles:** A toggle is integrated directly into the vanilla Accessibility Options menu for players who prefer to turn the effect off. ## Support Us!
