BeeFree - Forge Version

Adds 3 configurable options per-world (WORLDFOLDER/serverconfig/beefreeforge-server.toml):

• wetsnow: Makes entities that take damage from rain also take damage from snow.
• rainhurtsbees: Makes bees take damage from rain. wetsnow will also apply to bees due to this, if this is enabled.
• ignorantbees: Makes bees ignore weather when entering or leaving the hive. If you are also using rainhurtsbees at the same time, bees will not exit the hive if the block above the hive can see the sky.
