Well, now you can.
Notes on Fabric keybinding-mod compat
Rebind Narrator has integrations with the following keybind-extension mods (because Fabric keybindings aren't as fancy as Neoforge's):
game version compat with 1.20.1 AMECS, NoMoreUselessKeys 1.21.1 AMECS Reborn 1.21.5 AMECS Reborn 1.21.11If there's one I'm missing please let me know on the issue tracker.
