Cosmetic Megas [Cobblemon]

## What is Cosmetic Megas? Lots of people always wanted permanent Megas and well, that would be incredibly unbalanced - so I talked to some the supporters and what y'all _seem_ to want is to look at the mega models instead. Well the compromise I made will allow you to do just that!
