Sleep Config

Adds sleep-related game rules.

Game Rules

• allowNearbyMonsters - if enabled, players can sleep with monsters nearby
• allowResettingTime - if disabled, sleeping will not skip the night
• allowSettingSpawn - if disabled, using a bed will not set spawn point
• allowSleepDuringDay - if enabled, sleeping will be allowed during the day
• allowSleeping - if disabled, sleeping will not be allowed
• sleepCheckOverworldOnly - if enabled, Sleep Config's rules will only be applied in the Overworld
