Adds sleep-related game rules.
Game Rules
- allowNearbyMonsters - if enabled, players can sleep with monsters nearby
- allowResettingTime - if disabled, sleeping will not skip the night
- allowSettingSpawn - if disabled, using a bed will not set spawn point
- allowSleepDuringDay - if enabled, sleeping will be allowed during the day
- allowSleeping - if disabled, sleeping will not be allowed
- sleepCheckOverworldOnly - if enabled, Sleep Config's rules will only be applied in the Overworld
