Wither Skull Ore

Hello! The point of this mod is for you to not bother finding a nether fortress and a wither skeleton + the luck you have to get to obtain a wither skull, here you have the solution, i add an ore [1.18 - 1.19 about as rare as the ancient debris] [1.12.2 - 1.16.5 almost in every corner of the nether world]
