Flat Colored Blocks Hex Code Searcher

This is a simple mod that adds a command that gives you a flat colored block that is the closest possible color to a certain hex code. Since flat colored blocks doesn't have every color possible this looks for the closest color it can find. This mod is useful for creative mode building and what not. I do not recommend using this in survival as it can be considered cheating! 

How to use :

/flatcolorhex (hex code without the #) 

This will give you the closest colored block to the determined hex code. DO NOT put the hashtag (#) before the hex code because that is unnecessary!  

Since flat colored blocks is discontinued and is no longer being updated I am thinking about porting this over to one of the recreation mods but since this mod is still used in older mod packs and I think it could be useful to someone out there I am releasing it with the latest FCB version which only works on minecraft version 1.12.2.
