Open Mod Menu -> Defalt's Outline Reforged -> Configure.

Available settings

• Color Mode: Static, Rainbow, Gradient (2 Colors), Pulse, Breathing
• Primary Color (ARGB)
• Secondary Color (Gradient/Pulse) (ARGB)
• Animation Cycles Per Second (for animated modes)
• Outline Thickness
• Outline Glow
