Monster of the Night Skies

One of the most hated mobs in Minecraft at the moment is the Phantom, and as the Overworld's only hostile flying mob, it's disappointing to see it relegated to an annoying mechanic that many people disable.

With the Mob Vote officially being nixed, I decided to update Mob B - the Phantom. No more insomnia mechanic, no more packs of Phantoms spawning when you exit a cave, no more incessant screeching in the skies above you while you're minding your own business in your base.

The key changes to the Phantom are as follows:

• Only spawns on players flying with an Elytra at night
• No more swarms of Phantoms, only one can exist per player
• The Phantom can now out-speed the player, and will inflict the player with Weighted when it bites
  • Weighted increases gravity on the player, up to 300% with Weighted VI
• If it slams into a wall fast enough, the Phantom will die
• It will circle a player who lands and will despawn after 15 seconds, but won't attack
  • While circling, it lures every hostile mob in a large radius towards the player's position
