Mine Mine No Mi: Bounty Hunters

When your bounty reaches a certain number, Bounty Hunters can pick up your bounty and come to kill you! These hunters are capable of using MMNM skills and abilities and will spawn a configurable distance away from their target with a randomized fighting style! (Currently Swordsman, Sniper, Brawler) As your bounty gets higher, the world government will send higher tier hunters after you. Each more fearsome than the last these bounty hunters will begin to use more skills such as Human Abilities such as Soru and Geppo. Beware! As the highest tier hunters are also capable of learning Haki and obtaining devil fruits! These foes will truly push you to your limits!
