Adapts OpenComputers interfaces to be used in GregTechCE wire network

Also provides LUA API for read-only interactions with IEnergyContainers and provides GTCE machines to OpenComputers config.

After first run with this mod enabled, file $MINECRAFT_HOME/config/opencomputers/gregtechce.recipes should be created. Once it did -- you could add

include file("gregtechce.recipes")

to your $MINECRAFT_HOME/config/opencomputers/user.recipes
(preferably commenting unneeded recipe sets)
