Turret TaCZ Addon

Turret TaCZ is a Minecraft Forge 1.20.1 addon for Timeless and Classics Zero (TaCZ) that adds deployable automated turrets with GeckoLib animations, advanced placement previews, ammo management, access control, and indirect fire support.

Shared control GUI with ammo, status, filters, access rules, and behavior settings
Advanced placement preview with facing lock, reach testing, elevation feedback, and nearby resupply detection

Current Turrets

Turret .308: heavy support
Dual 5.56 Turret: suppression
45-70 Sniper Turret: long-range precision
81mm Mortar Turret: indirect fire support

Basic Controls

Right-click with a turret item to deploy it
Sneak + right-click a placed turret to pick it back up
Sneak-place or sprint-place to snap placement to the 4 cardinal directions
Press V to lock or unlock the placement preview
Press C to test whether the pointed location is reachable
Hold C for 2 seconds to clear the last reachability markers

Early Beta Status

This project is currently in early beta. Core gameplay systems are functional and tested in solo play, but the visual pass is not finished yet.

Some turrets currently have missing, placeholder, or unfinished textures. Multiplayer logic has been reviewed and prepared, but real-world multiplayer testing is still limited in this first public release.
