Niyu's Fertile Soil

Inspired by 1.7.10 garden stuff, I wanted the garden soil for a personal modpack. I didn't find anything like it anywere, so i made my own.

Make a composter with wood and dirt and right click or hopper(from the top or sides) plants into it and wait for them to consume.

Right click with an empty hand or hopper it out from the bottom to get fertiliser.

Craft that with dirt to get Fertile soil that you can till with a hoe. The farmland version won't need water and won't revert by jumping on it.
