Gives legendary and mythical Pokémon 3 perfect IVs on spawn, with the rest random. Fully configurable—adjust IV count or override the default Pokémon list. A simple server-side tweak to make Cobblemon encounters feel more special.

Description

Gives all legendary and mythical Pokémon exactly 3 perfect IVs on spawn. The other 3 IVs are randomized, so every encounter still feels unique. Designed to make legendary Pokémon more special without being too overpowered.
