Mixing system - Combine Minecraft ingredients with drugs before consuming to alter their effects. Over 60 possible effects depending on what you add.
Fluid system - Process certain substances into liquid form (THC Oil, DMT Oil, Nicotine Liquid) and use fluid-based devices like the Yart and Dab Pen.
Visual effects - Custom screen overlays and hallucinations for certain substances.
