Info about the shader:

This shader simulates the color blindness named Tritanopia.

The shader is an Iris shader (optifine also works), not a resourcepack shader!

Install it by firstly installing Iris, and then putting it into your shaderpacks folder in the .minecaft folder.

It doesn't colour the UI, but everything else should be correct according to the source I used:
