This mod is an add-on for performance optimization of Tom's Storage, aiming to reduce stuttering during large-scale, multiplayer concurrency, and frequent terminal operations.

Main optimization contents: Reduce invalid refreshes, minimize repeated scans, and perform more granular updates based on changes.

In actual testing, the terminal synchronization-related optimization achieved a 347% improvement, and the Tick update optimization achieved a 403% improvement. This can also be directly understood as a comprehensive optimization improvement of over 300%.

Test environment: Processor EPYC 7c13 (with a single-core score of about 450 on CpuZ), 16GB of memory, and a storage structure filled with 10,000 items (feels like the test pressure is still a bit conservative)
