Minimal Rain & Snow

The pack makes the minecraft rain and snow less obstructive of the players vision, reducing noise.

-> All uploads *should* work for future mc updates and should work fine for most prior versions even if not specified! Ignore the warning if using on an older version.

Rain:
- The rain is made as minimal as it's going to get without outright just removing it.
- The color is made lighter so it's not so vibrant of a blue.
- The splash particles are reduced and recolored to fit the rain. (All versions, but more reduced in Version 2.2)
- The splash particles are made more transparent. (Version 2.2)

Snow:
- The density is greatly reduced while retaining visual appeal
- The snow is made more transparent. (Version 2.2)
