Description

This mod improves the way fluids interact with the bottom of the world, replacing the abrupt cut-offs with a more natural behavior. Instead of simply vanishing, water and lava flow seamlessly into the void, with a smooth gradient.

Features

Fluids will fade into the void using a smooth gradient.
Fluids flow into the void one block at a time, matching normal behavior.
Entities can also swim in water or be burned by lava in the void.
The improvements aren't limited to vanilla. It also supports custom fluids introduced by other mods.
Client only mode: If the mod isn't installed server-side, fluids will still visually fade into the void, you just won't be able to swim in them.

Compatable with Sodium. Shader compat is under consideration. Currently, it will function, but shaders will not properly apply all visual effects to fluids in the void.

Water can fade into the void with a gradient, instead of cutting off abruptly. The length that fluids can flow is configurable. Fluids also flow into the void one block at a time. Works on both water and lava, and even fluids from mods. A villager takes damage from lava in the void.
