changing value will immediatly come to effect 

How it Works, 
At first it will auto detect all technique skill moves
Detect all Techniques ( it will auto detect addon techniques )
If skills are not autodetected you can manually use a move which then will be added as a detected move which you will be able to tweak the value of.
You can also change the % value of traits

Useful Server addon to ensure that all techniques are equal to make sure all is fair ( just incase a technique is too overpowered :p )
