Slight rework of tier system
Support for custom creation of resource cacti

How to start:

Find yourself a cactus
Right click with shears on it to remove the spikes
Infuse all the spikes you got with coal block (right click on coal block) and you'll get yourself a coal spikes
Craft you first resource cactus!

Full compability with JEI, other similair mods might be missing recipies for spikes.

Mod is compatible with Utilitarian's snad, mekanism's ore processing and hopefuly more.

In the future definetely, right now I'm trying to slowly add features, fix things etc. Once I'm happy with the outcome I'll start moving it to newer versions and different mod loaders.
