A compatibility mod/datapack for The Graveyard (FABRIC) or The Graveyard (FORGE/NEOFORGE), makes all structures generate correctly in Big Globe
If you can't locate a structure with /locate, I recommend using mod (Explorer Compass)
Examples:
Ruins are generated naturally in Big Globe forests 
Small Desert Graveyard It is naturally generated in Big Globe deserts 
Haunted House is naturally generated in light and dense forests of Big Globe
