Au Naturel: Spice of life

This mod aims to add incentives and mechanics to reward players for eating a variety, and more sustaining foods and adds debuffs for simple or unvaried diets.

The Au Naturel version maintains relatively minor effects, limiting the main effects that may be given to players by default +-1 or 2 hearts, and minor strength bonuses for a highly sustaining and diversified diet, so as not to overbalance the balance of nature and reality based gameplay.

Additional to Spice of life onion, from which it was originally forked, we add mechanics that gradually limit the amount of food and saturation provided by regularly eating the same foods in repeated sessions.

Together, these mechanics provide general incentives for players to vary their diet, as well as consider more advanced foods beyond living perpetually off of fruit, nuts, berries and relatively raw food, while not taking away the freedom to do so.
