The Naruto Destination Villages Addon!

Manages automatic rank limitations such as "only 1 Kage" or "2 Advisors" per affiliation
When a new player is promoted to those ranks, the oldest player with that rank will get reset to their last normal rank
With the right perms, Kages and AkatsukiLeaders can promote people to Advisors or Anbu Captains
Entirely affiliation reliant so every affiliation actually has their own group of limited ranks
