This is an addon for the Recruits mod that expands faction management with a real rank hierarchy, editable rank names, and delegated leadership tools, without modifying the base Recruits mod.
This addon adds structured permissions beyond the default leader/member setup:

Leader: full faction control.
Co-Leader: can manage members up to Elder, accept join requests, claim land, and set diplomacy relations.
Elder: can accept join requests and remove Members.
Member: default role.

It also lets each faction customize role names (for example Co-Leader -> Duke, Elder -> Count) while keeping permission logic unchanged, and displays those role titles in the tab player list.

Features:
Adds a faction ranks/permissions management screen.
Opens from: U (Recruits faction screen) via added Ranks button.
Optional keybind (R) for quick access.
Promote/demote members by role rules.
Remove members with rank-based restrictions.
Accept/deny join requests from the same screen.
Co-Leader land-claim access (same claim workflow as leader).
Co-Leader diplomacy access (set relation stance like leader).
Per-faction custom role titles with save/edit support.
Role title shown as prefix in tab list.
Filters out non-player/UUID entries from member lists.

How To Use:
1.Install Recruits and this addon on server and clients.
2.Join or create a Recruits faction.
3.Open faction management with U, then click Ranks (or press R).
4.Select a member and use role buttons to set Co-Leader, Elder, or Member.
5.Use Remove Member and Join Requests controls as permitted by your rank.
6.Click Edit Role Titles to rename rank labels for your faction.
7.Use Open Claim Map and Diplomacy from the ranks UI if your role allows it.
