Backporting 1.20 gamerules to the older versions

Commands:

/backportgamerule list displays a list of gamerules and their values
/backportgamerule set <gamerule> <value> sets the value for a gamerule
/backportgamerule version displays current version of the mod

Gamerules:

blockExplosionDropDecay (default: true)
mobExplosionDropDecay (default: true)
tntExplosionDropDecay (default: false)
snowAccumulationHeight (default: 1)
snowLayersKillGrass (default: true)
waterSourceConversion (default: true)
lavaSourceConversion (default: false)
globalSoundEvents (default: true)
