Flying:
Dragons

Underwater:
Piranhas, Sharks, Killer Squids, Sharks with Lasers on Head, Killer Whales.

 
Neutral/Passive Mobs:

Ground:
Bears, Deer, Goats, Zebra, Giraffe, Hippo, Centaur, Kitten, Unicorn

Butterflies can be caught in jars.
Leprechauns can be caught with nets in small crates.

Note: By default the mobs have insane HP and damage. Make sure to config them to fit your server/modpack (config file name: nmcmobs-common.toml).
