when you hold a wire in main hand,

and hold a coilable item in off hand...

A spool with wire is in your inventory!

It can use deployer to automate.

Lightning Block Transform

Place a copper coil on the ground.

When there's a lightning bolt near it, it has a chance to turn into Magnet.
