Description
A port of Minecart Turning to Forge 1.19.2
Original project description: "Fixes MC-201 so players rotate with minecarts as well as when on uncontrolled pigs, untamed horses, secondary boat passengers, etc by porting the impl from 1.2.5."
This port is somewhat janky, but it should work fine.
