Brass's Armory; Better Combat Compat

A data pack that adds the attack combo features from Better Combat to Brass's Armory. A few things to note are that the battle axe is a one handed weapon rather than 2 handed, and the Flail and Fire rod do not currently have better combat compatibility. The flail's playstyle doesn't require it, and I just simply forgot to add compatibility to the fire rod :v]
