Potato Spells Essentials

Allows you to customize:

- Cooldown reduction

- Spell resistance

- Cast Time reduction

Includes pre-set formulas, but also allows for custom ones

Includes some custom attributes used by my other mod. Feel free to use them for your projects, I guess.

Warning: using custom formula may affect performance slightly

Also allows you to blacklist buffs / debuffs from being active at the same time (via datapack)
