This mod adds a multitude of headgear into the game, all with custom models. i love to make low effort 3D models and this was my way of doing so, the crown models are good but the icons are all the same as i think it to be of no real importance atm.
The mod adds the following headgear:
Greek Diadem - an embroidered silk ribbon, ending in a knot and two fringed strips often draped over the shoulders, that surrounded the head of the Basileus to denote his authority. Coin of Basileus Antiochus the Great of the Seleucid Empire, depicted wearing a diadem

Byzantine Stemma - A Crown used by various Medieval Roman Emperors such as Justin II, Tiberius II, Maurice and Phocas. The Stemma was first used by Roman Emperor: Saint Justinian the Great.

Eastern Crown (Solar crown)- A radiate crown, going by some other names as a solar crown, sun crown, eastern crown, is a crown symbolizing the Sun or more generally powers associated with the Sun. It was most commonly used by the Hellenes, Ancient Romans and Egyptians

Gold Circlet - A Simple Gold Circlet Noble Coronet - A coronet with Emerald and Ruby jewels with pearls

Count Crown - A coronet with Sapphire and Ruby Jewels that resembles a Radiate Crown adorned with white pearls on the rays

Viscount Crown - A coronet similar to the Count Crown with Ruby and Jewels adorned with pearls on the Rays

Sacred Crown - A Coronet with a Cross similar to the Count Crown but without Rays

Might add the papal tiara and the iron crown of lombardy along side some actual crowns from european royal houses.
