Create: Rent-A-Plate

The rentable warp plate was created to solve the problem with players leaving servers and abandoning shops. Instead of having a shopping district with shops you could instead have warp plates that takes you to individual shops or districts players have created. 

An admin needs to place the warp plate, it is not possible to craft.

By default warp plates cost 1 emerald to rent for 1 month and can be renewed 5 days before expiry. When a warp plate is rented the player doing the renting will be given a return plate that they can place anywhere in the world. Any player can teleport via the plates simply by walking on them.

When the rent expires or the original plate is removed the return plate will be deleted.
