Cold Sweat Sable Compatibility

Attempt at adding compatibility between Cold Sweat and Sable. Tested to work with Aeronautics / Simulated.

• Hearths / Smokestacks placed on sub-levels will apply their effects to you
• Temperature blocks (lava, soul fire, etc.) placed on sub-levels will apply their affects to you
• Because of ^, blocks like the Thermolith will also accurately represent temperature across sub-levels.

The code isn't the best, but it's mine. I didn't make it a PR because I was worried about giving people more to maintain. Given how invasive it is to add a bunch of Sable-related checks, I didn't want to burden Cold Sweat with a bunch more 1.21-specific weird code when they already maintain more than just a few versions.

make an issue on the github if there's any features i missed. i kinda rushed this and only put a lot into the features I thought were most important. not vibe coded
