Zoology & Paleontology, Oh My! is a modpack designed for those who adore animals of all shapes and sizes, prehistoric or modern. Featuring a multitude of zoological and paleontological centered mods, this pack gives a diverse selection of creatures to observe, interact with, and care for.

Build and maintain the perfect zoo! Feature and care for a variety of creatures, maintaining their health and happiness!

Create your own prehistoric park! Build enclosures to contain once-fossilized creatures and care for them!

If the work put into running a park or zoo isn't your style, then spend your time exploring vast biomes and observing the creatures in their natural habitats!

If you want a quiet life, then there are a number of tameable creatures to have to accompany you in your home!

NOTE: Because there are so many amazing mods that would be wonderful in a modpack like this, there is more than one version of the Zoology & Paleontology pack. One for 1.12.2, another for 1.16.5, and another for 1.18.2. The packs each contain some mods that are unique to their respective versions (ex: ZAWA: Rebuilt or FA Revival), with some mods being available in all versions (ex: Macaw's furniture or Realistic Horse Genetics). These options are provided so that players can choose which pack/version they prefer.

If you experience any issues or bugs between mods not functioning properly within the pack (or with each other), report it in the comments. Attempts will be made to resolve the issue within the pack config, or the problem mod will be removed entirely.
