More Search Bars

Add more search bars to various UI screens!

• New search bars in the Server List, Game Rules, Keybinds, and in-game Statistics screens
• You can search through the server list by filtering the Server Name OR Server Address
• Search Game Rules based on id, name, category, and description (added to vanilla in 26.1+)
• Adds a statistics search bar. Search all three stats categories: General, Items, and Mobs
• Search through the keybinds screen by name, category, or the keybind's assigned key
• Functions fully client-side and includes a custom config screen to toggle each search bar

Will I backport this mod?

Probably not, but maybe. If it's requested then I'm more likely to get around to it. PRs are always welcome!
